When Wisconsin Governor Walker refused to have a dialogue with union workers in his own state who had already compromised on their pensions and salaries, but took the out of state phone call from someone identifying himself as oil and gas mogul, David Koch , his communication sent a message that passed loud and clear through that telephone line to the voters of his state and the entire country. Republican governors in this nation are working very hard to pay back their Corporate benefactors with one hand, while taking from their own constituents with the other. As fast as they can.
Following the Arizona mass shooting that took the lives of several Arizonans, Gov. Brewer has decided to save $79.8 million in the budget by dropping 5,200 other severely mentally ill people from the state's Medicaid program. With the other hand, she hands over 538 million in Corporate tax cuts.
Florida Governor Rick Scott cuts 4.6 billion , inlcuding 3 billion in education , and ends 8,000 jobs with one hand. With the other hand, he cuts Corporate property taxes by 4 billion.
Michigan Governor Dick Snyder cuts 1.2 billion to schools and universities and another 180 million from public employee concessions with one hand. With the other hand , he provides 1.8 billion in tax cuts for business.
In Ohio, 2 Commerce and Labor Committee members who voted against the budget were simply replaced.
Michigan Governor Rick Snyder wants the power step in and auction off municipalities that are in financial debt.
Governor Walker is handing over 147 million in Corporate tax credits, free tax zones, and loopholes to his corporate friends, but that is not enough. He wants to show them the love by crushing the Unions and silencing the voices of American public workers. He can hear the voice of someone alleging to be an oil and gas mogul loud and clear, but cant quite hear the Wisconsin judge order an injunction to stop the anti-collective bargaining bill . He signed it anyway. The judge has since ordered no further implemention of the Budget Repair Bill.
Greedy. Parasitic. That's what a FOX News commentaor recently called the Union members. The teachers, firemen, police and social workers with families to feed and raise.... who pay state and federal taxes. According to the New York Times, 2/3 of US Corporations pay NO federal taxes. GE made a whopping 14.2 billion in profit last year. They paid NO federal taxes. And cut their American job force by 1/5 and boosted their labor force overseas. That's patriotism for ya.
Take Wisconsin. With a 130 million deficit, the state gives 140 million in tax breaks to large multinational Corporations, ie. WalMart. The state provides a 15 page litany of tax credits options, including a Water Consumption Credit that defers up to $3000,000 a year in payments by Corporations to the municipal water company until 2020. I bet teachers have to pay their water bill on time or get their water shut off.
The John Birch Society is headquartered in Grand Christie, Wisconsin. They stand for Limited Government. They stand for a Constitutional Republic based on Christian Principles. They stand for Personal Freedom. They oppose the United Nations and Free Trade Agents. David Koch's father, Fred Koch, was a founder of the John Birch Soceity
. With 100 billion dollars in revenue last year, the Koch brothers own the second largest privately held company in the U.S. Koch Industries funds Right Wing Think Tanks, lobbyists, Tea Party candidates, Union busting candidates, and anti Democratic groups like Americans for Progress and FreedomWorks. The latter took credit for creating the Tea Party movement in March 2009. They contributed 1 million to Proposition 23 on the California ballot last year. They historically play a key role in selecting GOP presidential candidates.
American Union workers are working very hard to keep their jobs and support their families. Republican governors appear to be working very hard, too, but not for middle class working families. Republicans have given a tax credit extension to the 1% of the mega wealthy who possess 40% of this country's wealth. Republicans have given Corporations tax breaks. Republicans in the Supreme Court have given Corporations the same campaign donor status as individuals. And Governor Walker freezes Union dues.

Country First! Really????
According to the US Small Business Adminsitration Office of Advocacy, small business repesents more than 99% of all employers and 75% of all new jobs.
Corporations have been sitting on their tax cuts for the rich and supporting Chinese families overseas with wages instead of American families in their own backyards.
President Obama with the help of one or two targeted Republicans who wont survive the TP cleansing , has passed a jobs bill that wil help small business get 42 billion in Comunity Banks to start up and hire and grow their business.
The rookies that the TP have slid up to bat , like McDonnell and Angles, have no stomach for compromise and no business taking up a seat in Congress because the bullyng TP wants to flex its muscle.. They wont even talk to media unless its their media.
Ask yourself what will become of Congress if all these tp players get in?? Where is the depth of intellect and integrity to solvle this nations's economic problems?
Do we want candy-stripers concerned primarily with the issues of sexual self -satisfaction and woman's right to choose to come to the aid of a country bleeding and in need of healing?

Stay the Course, America
When Washington crossed the Delaware in the dark of night on December 25, 1776, conditions were bleak. His men were tired, hungry,and frostbitten, but they still had a long jouney ahead of them. They did not abandon their mission or their commander midstream. They forged ahead to the other side and on to make American history.
Our commander in chief took the oath of office in January, 2009. Less than a month later, in February, 2009, the Tea Party Patriots movement was launched by Mark Meckler, an attorney with ties to the Conservative lobbying firm Russo, Marsh, and Rodgers out of Sacramento. One month. The row boat had hardly pushed away from the dock.
Recently, the New Yorker printed a ten page expose of the major Madhatters behind the tea party movement, Charles and David Koch of Koch Industries, the second largest corporation in the United Sates with 100 billiion in revenues annually. The article was entitled, "Covert operations: the billionaire brothers who are waging a war against Obama, " March 30, 2010.
Corporations like Koch Industries, Wall Street and big banks, and the insurance and pharmaceutical industries have much to fear from Obama. Reform. They would like mainstream Americans to think that rescinding the tax credit for the rich would hurt our economy. Actually 99% of all employers are small business based. What the big corporations are protecting is not American jobs, but their personal pocketbook.
The tea party movement is busy fanning the flames of the teapot with the Articles of the Constitution so that the identity of the real brewing brothers are concealed in a cloud of steam. They misuse the hearts of patriots and the souls of Christians to further their own agenda through Conservative politics. To this end, the paying powers behind the show call in the soothsayers, the clowns, and the all popular female gladiator to ply us with platitudes and distract from facts. Could they have possibly seduced a governor who abandoned her elected position midstream to work for the tea party?
FACTS
TAX: The median income family federal income tax will be the lowest this year than any year since 1955.
STIMULUS: Most countries are using their economic stimulus plans to develop a greener economy
JOBS: This administration has enacted small business health tax credits, and with the cooperation of the GOP, will provide tax breaks and loans from community banks for up to $30 billion to grow small businesses and jobs.
Many have swallowed the tea party brew, devious "grassroots" plot and all, Will this country not read the tea leaves before it is too late?
Like the patriots before us who crossed the perilous Delaware, it is easy to become discouraged when the journey is long and requires much courage. Yet, I believe we will see the recovery through with our elected.commander in chief. We will stay the course!

Pravda of the West: NewsCorps and Fox Media
Remember when Pravda was the centralized propaganda machine for the Communist Party in the Soviet Union? Not that long ago. Well, NewsCorp has taken over that dubious distinction for the Conservative party in the United States. Backed by billionaire owner, Rupert Murdoch, who along with the billionaire Oil Industry tycoon Koch brothers, is one of the biggest backers of the Tea Party movement, Fox News spews out pro- Conservative/ Corporate propaganda and attacks the government every day and every night. Pravda goes primetime with patriotic platitudes!.
Money buys a lot of arrogant talk from hosts who disrupt anyone who attempts to answer a question with a factual response that conflicts with the narrow political view of the media's owner. Like some GOP candidates who dont believe in debate or appearing on any show that doesnt fully support their candidacy or feed them only the questions they want to answer, Fox spins the news into a vortex of doom every day and every night. No wonder grampa and gramma are convinced that they should fear for their savings, their health care, and their American values. Fox has them convinced that an out of control tornado is about to take their roof off......and that tornado is their own government.
The FOX credo is ATTACK the government! Not the big banking Corporations who charge them skyrocketing interest on their credit cards . Not the Wall Street bandits who gambled money and lost so that the common man has lost the opportunity to borrow on that money to finance a small business or home loan . Not the Oil Industry Corporations who continue to make record profits each year, yet refuse to elimninate $18 billion lumps of sugar in tax breaks. Not the pirates like the ones at Goldman Sachs that buried billions offshore in the Cayman Islands to avoid taxes on profits, then lost it all. Not the Health Insurance Corporations whose top publicly traded companies showed profits that rose 428% between 2000 and 2007.
FOX media personalitiies, posing as historians and premonitionists, attempt to scare their viewers into fearing a common man who was elected president by the majority of Americans in a time of recession, loss, and great challenges inherited from the muddled policies of a former administration. It was the proudest ,moment in American Civil Rights history when the people of this nation came together and elected their first Black American president. Yet Fox celebritiies ignore this proud acheiivement in calling for viewers to take their Civil Rights back and restore honor that has somehow been misplaced somce then.
I fear. I fear the power of billionaires who covertly produce a political party, direct puppets on news programs, and pay, pay, and pay in order to promote their own agenda and control the political views of our voting citizens.

Three Corner Shaped Heads
Will we get it by November? Will we finally see behind that heavy red, white, and blue curtain to the puppeteers pulling the strings of the Tea Party performance? The New Yorker recently ran an article by Jane Mayer, "The Billionaire Koch Brothers' War against Obama" which exposed the real creative force behind the anti-government movement...Koch Industries, the second largest corporation in the United States with $100 billion in revenue annually.
Tea Party sounds a lot better than Billionaire's Scheme to attack the Adminstration and put Conservatives in office ...those who are more likely to look the other way when a regulation here, a regulation there is needed. And the movement has served the billionaires well. Just look at the polls and see what billionaires can buy. It may have bought an Alaskan governor who was elected to a full term, but only served a partial term, then left suddenly to rally audiences at Tea party gatherings. But the strategy that has really paid off is taking advantage of challenging economic times to steal the patriotic hearts and Christian souls of vulnerable Americans who unknowingly do the devil's work under the guise of a "grassroots" movement, without even being on the payroll.
FreedomWorks announced the launching of the Tea Party movement on March 9, 2009, just weeks after President Obama took office. No one questioned the timing. No one questioned the training, funding and support for the movement. Where were our investigative reporters then?
So, it may be too late for the masses to digest just what has been spooned to them in their cups of tea by the Conservative Right over the past 18months. I dont know what the circulation of the New Yorker magazine might be, but it probably cant compare to the numbers who follow the twisted antics on what Murdoch passes for news on Fox.
The fact is that the Koch brothers and others LIED to the American public when they schemed and orchestrated and yes, funded, the Tea Party movement. It is not a grassroots third party, it is the very Conservative right arm of the Republican party. Just like the John Birchers. Ask David and Charles Koch. Their father, Fred Koch was one of the founders of the John Birch Society.
The Kochs may sit on boards for cancer research, but their Georgia Pacific plant leaks the carcinogin, formaldehyde,into the environment. Things always arent what they seem, and the Tea Party was not founded by a bunch of patriotic seniors in funny hats, but by billionaires who believe in brainwashing the little guys. And that money can buy them anything....even a nation.
